Chef Pieter Louw is a talented chef with a rich history in cooking. He started his career in Upington, South Africa, under the watchful eye of his mother and grandmother. He later moved to Johannesburg and then to Lagos, Nigeria, where he gained new experiences in cooking. Eventually, he ended up in France, where his passion for fine pastry and chocolate work really began to flourish. He worked in Provence and later for the renowned Ladurée company in Paris, which has specialized in macarons and other fine pastry products for over 160 years. Today, you can enjoy his culinary creations, and be sure to try a bite of each dish.
Chef Guido is an experienced chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. His style is simple, focusing on natural tastes and recipes. He believes that ingredients should taste like they naturally would and uses this philosophy in his cooking. With his vast experience and talent, he has perfected the art of creating simple yet delicious dishes. You can be sure that every bite of his dishes will leave you satisfied and wanting more.
Thami kiet is a local singer whom recently performed at Kanoneiland Christmas Carols with Danel Smith.
